Today was a rest day from running so I did some beach Body On demand with vegas as my workout buddy. He doesn’t workout as much as autumn asleep after 2 minutes.

Post-workout I had Holy bible study. this week we talked about communication – understand when to speak up, when to shut up as well as when to develop up. It was super awesome. You are interacting with people all the time everyday. even when you don’t state something you’re communicating.
