the time I stayed up till 4am to enjoy the royal wedding event the day before I started a new job…

But, I believe the very best worst decisions of my life are yet to find since I subscribed for the born to Run 30 Mile race.

It is an ULTRA Marathon by meaning = ultra marathons are anything a lot more than a marathon aka 26.2 miles.

So yeah, my ‘training’ plan isn’t truly a set training plan with arranged runs – I just want to spend sufficient time running that I don’t die out there. as well as considering that I’m incredibly NOT “Type A” this is fine by me.
